Tried to engage with the help desk but no solutions. Even checked sites for outages and nothing reported. Surely there is a system/server issue within Microsoft

just got some life back. Can access but my contacts still not reflecting but maybe this will start to synch
mine came back as well, but still went through 2 passwords change in the meantime.

There seems to be an outage on Microsoft’s end with Outlook this morning as several users are experiencing the same error.
If so the options are to await a fix from Microsoft or report it as a bug:

I have the same issue across all my OS and Windows Devices with the following error since this morning 14th Sep. I have tried to reinstall and reinstate the app with no luck. Would be great if I can get some assistance please to help resolve this.
