    Hi Rasam,

Based on the screenshots you provided, the error message AADSTS50020 indicates that the account currently being used to sign in is being recognized as a personal Microsoft account, while Microsoft 365 business applications require a work or school account associated with your organization's Microsoft 365 tenant. As a result, Office is unable to complete the sign-in and activation process.

Reference: Error AADSTS50020 - User account from identity provider does not exist in tenant

To help resolve the issue, I recommend the following:

    1. Sign out of all accounts currently connected to Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
    2. Open Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts and remove any old or incorrect Microsoft accounts that may be connected.
    3. Open Settings > Accounts > Access work or school and disconnect any existing work account connections, then restart the PC.
    4. Reconnect the company account and make sure you select Work or school account, not Personal account, during the sign-in process.
    5. Ask your IT administrator to verify that:
      • The affected account exists in the correct Microsoft 365 tenant.
      • A valid Microsoft 365 license has been assigned to the account.
      • If a license is already assigned, they may try removing and reassigning it.

I hope this helps clarify the cause of the issue. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reply back.

    Kind regards.
