Purview sensitivity labels on files that I need to use (excel, word, powerpoint)

Hi,

I was a Microsoft vendor with a former v-account that has been deprovisioned. Files I created are protected by a Microsoft Purview sensitivity label. My organization was acquired, the original sponsor is no longer available, and I need to find the owner of the rights management tenant or an escalation path for file recovery.

Where can I get help for this issue, or is it impossible?
