Microsoft for Startups verification failed – Program Support option missing in new Azure Portal Preview

Hello Microsoft Team,

I am enrolled in Microsoft for Startups and currently have the initial $200 Azure startup credit.

I completed business verification to unlock the next credit milestone, but the portal immediately returned:

“We couldn’t verify your startup.”

No reason for the rejection was provided, and there is no option to upload supporting documents, correct the information, or request another review.

I joined Microsoft for Startups through the new Azure Portal experience. My Microsoft for Startups Overview page does not contain:

Your Microsoft Team → Get program support

I also checked the Azure Portal Help + Support flow, but there is no Microsoft for Startups / business verification category available.

Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate this to Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification and reopen or manually review the existing verification?

    You are correct that business/domain verification is handled by Microsoft for Startups Program Support, and Microsoft’s current documentation specifically lists verification issues within that team’s scope.

    Since you are using the new Azure Portal experience and Your Microsoft Team → Get program support is missing, try ? → Help + support → Create a support request from the Microsoft for Startups area. Request a manual review of the failed verification and include the failure screenshot and company details. Similar reports have appeared recently from users of the new portal experience.

    If that route still does not expose a Program Support request, your request for a Microsoft moderator to help route the case to the Microsoft for Startups Program Support/Verification team is appropriate. Please keep incorporation, GST, subscription, and other sensitive documents private until an authorized Microsoft representative requests them.
