Try these steps in order for a Microsoft Store "needs internet" problem on Windows 10:

    1. Reset the Microsoft Store cache.
      • Press Windows key + R
      • Type wsreset.exe
      • Select OK
      • A blank Command Prompt window should appear, then close after about 10 seconds, and Microsoft Store should open automatically.
    2. Check Windows Update.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates
      • Install any available updates, then restart the PC.
    3. Check time, language, and region settings.
      • Incorrect time or location settings can cause Store connection problems.
      • Verify the device time and region are correct.
    4. Check Internet TLS settings.
      • Open Run and enter inetcpl.cpl
      • Open the Advanced tab
      • At the bottom, confirm:
        • Use TLS 1.0 = unchecked
        • Use TLS 1.1 = unchecked
        • Use TLS 1.2 = checked
        • Use TLS 1.3 = checked
      • Select OK
    5. Open Microsoft Store directly from Start.
      • Select Start
      • Type Microsoft Store
      • Open it from the search result
    6. If Store opens but app installs still fail, update Store itself.
      • In Microsoft Store, select See more > Downloads and updates > Get updates
    7. If Apple iCloud still does not appear or install, check these common causes:
      • The app is not available in the current country or region
      • Family settings are hiding the app
      • The app is not compatible with the device
      • The PC was updated recently but not restarted
      • The PC is not authorized for Microsoft Store apps, so sign in with the Microsoft account used for Store
    8. If Microsoft Store is blocked by policy on the PC, it may show a startup error or fail to work normally.
      • A common policy is RemoveWindowsStore.
      • On managed PCs, required Microsoft Store and Windows Update endpoints must also not be blocked by firewall or proxy.
    9. As a workaround, try installing the app with winget.
      • Search:
             winget search iCloud

      • Install:
             winget install iCloud

    10. If the problem continues, run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter

If none of these steps fix it, use Contact Support from Microsoft support.

    Hello,

Are you currently connected to a VPN?

If so, please temporarily disconnect from the VPN and switch your internet connection from Wi-Fi to a mobile hotspot. Then, check whether you can download the apps from the Microsoft Store.

If you are still having issues,

Try running the network troubleshooter by going into Settings > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooter >Network and internet.

    • Once the troubleshooter is finished running, restart your Computer.
    • Press Windows + R, type wsreset.exe and click Ok.
    • Try installing the app from the Microsoft Store.

If you are still having issues, change the DNS Server -

    1. Press Windows + R, type ncpa.cpl, and click Ok.
    2. Right-click your default Wi-Fi adapter and select Properties.
    3. Click 'Internet protocol version TCP/IPV4 > Properties'.

Change the DNS Server address -

    Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8

    Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4

    Click Apply and then Ok.

Then, restart your computer and install the apps from the Microsoft Store.

Let me know if you still need more help.
