I received a payment on 07.APR.2026 from my business account (receipt H242843073155).
The same amount was charged to my personal account today (receipt H135175868649) without notice.
Can you clarify this charge? I don't see an invoice or any details in my account.

A charge appearing on your personal account without a matching invoice can sometimes be linked to a subscription renewal or another billing transaction. Please check your Microsoft account under Payments and billing and review the order history for the receipt dated 14 September 2026. Microsoft recommends using the billing review option for any charge you do not recognize.
If the charge is not listed there, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support with both receipt numbers so they can verify the transaction and explain why your personal payment method was charged.
