Teams cannot access laptop camera

I'm using the Teams app on my PC. Under my computer settings, the Teams app has permission to use the camera. But when I join a meeting on Teams, the prompt says no camera is connected. Even after I join, the camera icon is greyed out, and if I hover it says no camera is found. I've used Zoom on the same laptop with camera access so there is a camera. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Teams. I've tried with a work account that works on my phone. Not sure how to make this work on my laptop... help

    In Teams open Settings -> Devices.

    What is the name of the device you see displayed there as your Camera?
