After a free trial period, MS Business Standard was supposed to kick in automatically. I paid $277.20 on August 26. But it's not showing up in my order history and I don't appear to actually have it. I have attached screen shots of relevant details.

What's going on?

    Hello Kylie,

I see that you intended to provide a screenshot, but it has not appeared in your post yet. Could you please paste or upload it again after removing any personal information and keeping only the relevant details needed for review?

In this case, I recommend checking the email address you used to register for this subscription (Image 1). If the subscription was purchased using that email address, you should have received a confirmation email after the purchase was completed. This email would typically include details of the charge, along with information about the account that was created to sign in to and use the subscription.

Please search your inbox using keywords such as Microsoft, Business Standard, or similar terms to locate the confirmation email, as it may help identify the correct account.

During the registration process, you would also have been asked to enter the sign-in details for the new account associated with the subscription. The email address entered at the beginning of the purchase process may only have been used for registration and might not be the account directly linked to the subscription. If possible, please try to recall which account information you entered in that section.

To sign in and manage the tenant for the subscription you purchased, please use the following Admin Center link:

If you find the information above helpful, please click "Yes" so the answer is highlighted in green, helping others with similar issues benefit from your case.

Finally, I hope you will be able to sign in to this account soon and start using the subscription you have registered for.
