If all 31 formulas contain -C and you simply want to remove -C from all of them at once, use Find and Replace rather than editing each formula individually.
Select the cells containing the formulas, press Ctrl+H, enter -C in Find what, leave Replace with blank, and choose Replace All. Make sure you select only the relevant cells first so you do not remove -C elsewhere in the worksheet.
For example, if the formula is:
=IF(A1="-C",$1.00,...)
or contains -C as part of the formula, Find and Replace will remove that text from all 31 formulas at once.
