Hi,

I using rx 7600 xt,msi gaming plus B650 wifi and razen 9 79003d. Since i bough grafic card on premiere, there was always problem with drivers. They released the card too early. Can you look on file and tell me is it problem with gpu drivers?

Hi,

Since the error indicates a kernel failure, it isn't necessarily related to the GPU. Do you have any other minidump files?

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

Okay, so you're using the "N" version of Windows—is this the version you intend to use for gaming?

Did you install the Media Feature Pack for the N edition?

If you have any more minidumps, please upload them if possible.

Yes, i use it for gaming. Tbh i dont wanted to have skype on computer. Thats why i bought N version.

Yet, i have installed media feature pack. As u can see below.

Hi,

I recommend updating the BIOS and GPU drivers, as well as the chipset drivers.

Keep in mind that while a BIOS update is recommended, it does carry risks. If the process is interrupted, your laptop might fail to boot. Therefore, if you lack experience with hardware and software, I suggest skipping this step—even though it is highly recommended.

To update the BIOS, you first need to disable BitLocker. To do this, open the Command Prompt (as administrator), run the command manage-bde -off C:, wait for the decryption process to finish, and restart your computer.

After that, you can download the BIOS from the link below:

After updating the BIOS, I recommend using DDU.

Note: DDU is a third-party application used to completely uninstall and reinstall GPU drivers.

After downloading, extract DDU to a folder.

Run the Display Driver Uninstaller.exe application, select the "Device Type" tab, and choose "GPU." When uninstalling the GPU driver, select the option for "All GPUs."

Click the first option, "Clean and restart," and wait for the process to complete. 4. After running DDU and installing the drivers:

So i updated Bios and system works much better. For now i gonna hold with using DDU. I tried update bios by apps on desktop, but looks like it didnt work.

Thank you a lot. Think this was a problem.
