Hello Microsoft Support,

My Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) exam was originally scheduled for August 25, 2026. I had to reschedule the exam, and the new exam date was set to September 14, 2026.

However, the rescheduled exam is currently not showing in my Microsoft certification/exam dashboard, and I am unable to see the appointment details.

I have already contacted Microsoft Support by email regarding this issue, but I have not received a resolution yet.

Additionally, I need to correct/change my name on my Microsoft certification/exam profile before taking the exam.

Could you please help me with:

  1. Checking why my September 14 exam appointment is not showing.
  2. Confirming whether my rescheduled AZ-900 exam is still active.
  3. Guiding me on how to correct my name on the certification/exam profile.

I would appreciate your help as the exam date is very close.

Thank you.

For a missing or rescheduled exam appointment, use this path first:

    1. Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile.
    2. Open Profile from the avatar menu.
    3. Go to Credentials > Certifications.
    4. Scroll to the exam appointment area and check whether the appointment appears there.

If the appointment is still missing, Microsoft’s guidance is to verify that the correct Learn profile is being used. If multiple profiles or different sign-in accounts were ever used, the exam may be attached to a different profile. Try any other Microsoft account or work/school account that may have been used when registering.

For exam appointment and scheduling issues, contact Pearson VUE Support. Microsoft Credentials support guidance also directs exam scheduling issues to the exam delivery partner.

    For the name correction:

    1. Sign in to the Learn profile that needs the change.
    2. Go to Settings in the profile.
    3. Follow the instructions to update the Legal Name.
    4. If a message appears telling the candidate to contact Certification Support because an exam is already booked, follow that support link and file a ticket with Credentials Support.

What can be confirmed from the available guidance:

    • A rescheduled exam should normally be managed through the Learn profile under Credentials > Certifications.
    • If the exam is not visible there, the supported next steps are checking for the correct Learn profile/account and contacting Pearson VUE Support for appointment/scheduling issues.
    • Name changes are done from Learn profile Settings, with escalation to Credentials Support when prompted.

Sorry but this is a public forum, not support.

So you have to wait for a response from Microsoft.
