i own one microsoft account, and i have used up 4,000 points to buy 2 microsoft rewards codes for minecoins (bedrock edition minecraft) and after spending 2,000 points more with rewards, i havent received an email about the code, and havent for at least an hour now. is this issue related to security or traffic? because i feel like i just got scammed a little bit.

Hi, @Drabugz

I'm a Rewards user as well. Normally it can take up to 24 - 48 hours depending on the volume of users claiming the particular gift card. Please continue to monitor the progress from time to time here: https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/orderhistory as emails can be delayed as well.

I suggest waiting at least 12 hours before contacting support here: https://rewards.bing.com/support

Thanks!

An email delay after redemption does not mean the points were lost.

    What to check now:

    1. Open the Rewards dashboard, go to Redeem > Order history, and find the Minecoins reward.
    2. Check the Status of the order.
      • If a code has already been issued, use Order Details, Get code, View code, or Resend if those options appear.
      • If the order is still processing or in progress, those options may not appear yet.
    3. Check the primary email address on the Microsoft account, including Spam/Junk.
    4. If no confirmation email arrived, use Resend from Order history when that option becomes available.

Possible causes supported by Microsoft Rewards guidance include:

    • temporary verification or delivery delays
    • unusual activity protections that can temporarily block verification code delivery
    • heavy compromised traffic in a region that can delay code delivery
    • use of a VPN or redeeming from the wrong region
    • use of a VoIP number instead of a mobile or landline number for verification

If the order still shows as processing and no code is available in Order history, contact Microsoft Rewards Support using the Contact us form.
