No HDMI Sound output to TV

The video is sent to TV but the sound continues to play on Laptop. I tried multiple times and multiple Apps. I rebooted TV and rebooted Windows 11. I checked sound setting and tried reset. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't have another HDMI and want to make sure before I go buy another

ApexNáV 265 Reputation points2026-09-14T00:00:16.79+00:00 You should use DDU in Safe Mode to uninstall the current GPU driver. Then, while the TV is connected to your laptop via HDMI, reinstall the GPU driver. The TV should then be detected.
