I TRY TO SIGN IN IN EXCEL EVERYTHING GOES SMOOTH UNTIL I ENTER THE OTP..AS I ENTER IT A TYE OF BLANK SCREEN APPEARS EVERYTIME..TRIED MANY DIFFERENT METHODS TO FIX IT BUT IT STILL APPEARS

    Hi!

    It appears to be a login issue related to validating your account. Instead of performing this process in Excel, try doing it in Windows if you haven't already. If your account is already linked, try disconnecting and reconnecting it.

    1. Open Windows Settings > Accounts > Your info > Under Microsoft account, click Sign in as a local account.
    2. Click Next > Enter your email or Windows login password.
    3. Enter your user information > Next > Sign out and finish.
    4. After unlinking your email account from Windows, restart your PC > When it starts, relink your email account.
