Hello Microsoft Support Team,
I earned a 100% discount voucher from the Microsoft AI Skills Fest 2026 to take my PL-300 exam. I successfully scheduled the exam before the August 18 deadline for an appointment on September 15.
However, I am not fully prepared and need to reschedule my session to October 17, 2026. The official voucher terms state that the exam can be delivered up until October 18, 2026.
When I try to reschedule through the Pearson VUE portal, I receive the error: 'The voucher is Expired and can no longer be used.' I contacted Pearson VUE chat support, and they told me they cannot assist and instructed me to contact the voucher provider.
Can a support agent please open a private message to collect my details and help me manually shift my exam date to October 17, or issue a working replacement voucher? Thank you.

You cannot reschedule an exam booked using an AI Skills Fest exam voucher after August 18th. It is not possible to change this date and no replacement vouchers are being issued.
