I am a home user not support - I am trying to install vision standard 2021 and it reverts to my older copy of vision 2019 on my account - I have a licence key

    To better understand what may be happening, could you please provide a bit more information?

    • Where did you obtain Visio Standard 2021? Is it a retail (one-time purchase) copy, or Visio LTSC Standard 2021 obtained through a volume licensing agreement?
    • Which installation guide, download link, or set of steps are you following to install Visio 2021?
    • When you enter or redeem the product key, do you receive any error message or confirmation message? If possible, please share a screenshot.
    • At what point does Visio 2021 appear to revert to Visio 2019? Does the installation complete as Visio 2019 from the beginning, or does it initially show as Visio 2021 and then later change to Visio 2019?
