Can't Find My Schduled Exam

If the exam does not appear in the Learn profile, first confirm the correct Learn account is being used. Missing exam appointments and credentials are commonly caused by signing in with a different personal Microsoft account or work/school account than the one used during registration.

Steps:

1. Sign in to Learn and open the Credentials area: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab
2. Check the Certifications tab and look for the exam under Past exams or the scheduled exam area.
3. If nothing appears, try any other Microsoft accounts that may have been used to register the exam.
4. If the exam was missed, Microsoft does not offer refunds for exams that are missed.
