Hello moderators,
My Windows API question 6001914 was deleted shortly after I submitted it:
It asked for clarification of the documented NtCreateFile parameter combination for a metadata-only file open, including no-follow and no-recall safeguards.
The deletion page mentions a Code of Conduct violation but does not identify the specific issue. I have not found an email explaining the removal.
Could a moderator please review the deletion and restore the question if appropriate? If changes are required, please explain what I should correct. I have not reposted the technical question.

Thank you for restoring my question. After it was restored, I noticed that I had accidentally pasted the question text twice. I edited it only to remove the duplicate copy, keeping the technical content and tag unchanged.
After I clicked “Save and view question,” question 6001914 showed the deletion notice again.
Could a moderator please review and restore it again if appropriate, and advise whether I should avoid further edits? I have not created a replacement question.
