    Hi U Raja Rakshana

A "bad network connection" message when turning in an assignment does not always indicate a problem with the internet connection itself. In some cases, it may be related to the Teams client, the Assignments service, OneDrive synchronization, or the file attached to the assignment.

To better understand you situation, could you please try the following?

    • Sign out of Microsoft Teams and sign back in.
    • Refresh the page or restart the Teams application.
    • Try submitting the assignment using Teams on the web or different browsers. If you are using a browser, please try to clear the browser cache and cookies first.
    • Verify that the assignment file opens correctly and has finished syncing to OneDrive before submitting.
    • Test from a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, if available.

If the issue persists, please share some information:

-Could you share the exact error message you're seeing? A screenshot would be greatly appreciated. (please hide your personal information)

-Does the issue occur in the Teams desktop application, the web version, or both?

-Are other students able to submit assignments normally, or are they experiencing the same issue?

-What device and operating system are you using (for example, Windows, macOS, iPad, or Chromebook)?

This information will help me investigate the issue further. I look forward to your response.
