McAfee popups keep occurring and misleadingly quoting Micosoft Defender as the identifier of several viruses quoting "win32exe. I looked at the suggested "fixes" for this -none works for me. Since several fixes are listed on the

internet proving many users resent McAfee . The nonstop popups even block off part of this screen restricting scree n space available to type. McAfee and Norton are both offenders. In my opinion both are 2 hangovers from 1990s and long since bypassed by other Security systems. I am going to need to shut down my laptop (fully updated for MS Security

to be able to clear their nonstop popups from my screen impeding my use of my pc

If you do not have McAfee installed on your PC, usually the popup notifications are not created by McAfee, they are created by some website you previously visited, it is a tech support scam.
