    Open the Settings App.

Go to Bluetooth & Devices - Keyboard.

In there, is the Print Screen key setting enabled for screen captures?

If so, try pressing the PrtScn on its own or Fn + PrtScn to test if that takes a screenshot and automatically saves the screenshot to the Screenshots folder.

Windows key + PrtScn should capture the full screen and save it to the Pictures\Screenshots folder.

There is no supported registry setting in the provided documentation to enable or repair Windows key + PrtScn saving behavior.

Supported checks from the provided content:

    1. Verify the shortcut being used is Windows key + PrtScn.
      • This shortcut saves a full-screen screenshot to a file in the Screenshots subfolder of Pictures.
    2. Check whether PrtScn has been remapped to screen snipping.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard.
      • Find Use the Print Screen button to open screen snipping.
      • Turn it Off if the goal is to use the classic Print Screen behavior.
    3. If using a Surface device, these shortcuts are also supported:
      • Windows logo key + PrtScn
      • Windows logo key + Snipping key
      • Screenshots save to Pictures > Screenshots.
    4. As an alternative, use Windows key + Shift + S.
      • This captures a selected region to the clipboard.
      • The image can then be opened in Snipping Tool to share or mark up.
    5. Another alternative is PrtScn alone.
      • This takes a screenshot to the clipboard.
      • Paste it with Ctrl + V into an app.

The only registry information in the provided content is for a Power Automate unattended desktop flow screenshot failure and a UAC setting. It is not documented there as a fix for Windows key + PrtScn not saving screenshots in Windows 11, so it should not be used for this issue.
