i cannot use my excel

i cannot use my excel when i click it theres an indication pop up that saying repair, help and cancel as you can see on the button from the above, when i click repair the indication will disappear and after 1 sec the excel also will disappear and i click help and it direct me to microsoft here.

Based on your description, it sounds like Excel is detecting a problem with the application files and is attempting to repair itself, but the repair process is not completing successfully.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

1/Repair Microsoft 365 from Windows Settings

Close all Office applications.
Open Control Panel > Programs and Features.
Select Microsoft 365 (or Office).
Choose Change.
Run Quick Repair first.
If the issue persists, run Online Repair.

2/ Start Excel in Safe Mode

Press Windows + R.
Type:
```
  excel /safe
```
Press Enter.

If Excel opens successfully, the issue may be caused by an add-in. Disable add-ins from File > Options > Add-ins and test again.

3/ Check for Corrupted User Profile Settings

Press Windows + R.
Type:
```
  excel /regserver
```
Press Enter.
This re-registers Excel and repairs common startup issues.
