Can this be sent to my email or Gmail instead because I don't have a phone or number and I'm not able to borrow my family's numbers..

If a reward was already ordered and the goal is to get the reward details, the code or redemption link can be found in Order History, and the confirmation can be resent to the primary email on the Microsoft account:

Go to Order History
Find the reward
Select Order Details to view the code or link
Select Resend to send the confirmation again

If redemption cannot be completed because no phone or landline number is available, contact Microsoft Rewards Support:
