Exam: PL-300 – Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst – English (ENU)

I was unable to take my scheduled ONVUE examination due to a medical emergency. I therefore requested Pearson VUE to reschedule my examination without an additional fee.

Pearson VUE advised me that a medical emergency may qualify for emergency rescheduling, provided that supporting medical documentation is submitted. I have already submitted my medical certificate/documentation to ******@pearson.com for review and mentioned my Pearson VUE Case ID #<moderator: PII removed>.

However, when I am now checking the status of my examination/rescheduling request, I am being informed that there is no data/record available and that I should contact Microsoft for assistance.

I kindly request Microsoft Certification Support to please verify my candidate and exam registration details and help locate/restore my examination record and rescheduling request.

Since I have already provided the required medical documentation to Pearson VUE, I request that my PL-300 examination be rescheduled without an additional fee, in accordance with the emergency medical rescheduling policy.
