Refund subscription

I have not used my Word account since money has been collected. Am I able to cancel my subscription and receive a refund?

    Was the subscription purchased directly from Microsoft or through the Apple App Store?

    If it was purchased directly from Microsoft, sign in here: https://account.microsoft.com/services Find the subscription and select "Manage" > "Cancel." Follow the prompts, and Microsoft will show whether the subscription is eligible for a refund.

    Also, when was the most recent charge taken, and is the subscription Microsoft 365 Personal or Family?

    If it was purchased through Apple, the cancellation and refund request would need to be handled through Apple instead.
