I cannot get my new lg tv to be detected on my new windows 11 pc by using "Windows + K". What do i do now?

    Does this new PC have a Wi-Fi connection, or is it connected via cable?

    You can try the following: open Chrome, click the ... menu, look for and select "Cast," and see if the TV appears.

    I understand how inconvenient it is when a new TV does not appear in the Cast list.

    When you press Windows key + K, do you see a message saying that your PC does not support Miracast, or does Windows simply find no available displays? This will help determine whether the issue is with the PC’s compatibility or the TV’s discoverability.

    Please make sure Wi-Fi is enabled on the PC, even if the PC currently uses an Ethernet cable. On the LG TV, open the Screen Share, Miracast, or Wireless Display feature and leave that screen open while searching again from Windows.

    If the TV still does not appear, please provide the exact LG TV model and check whether its specifications explicitly list Miracast support. You can also update the PC’s Wi-Fi and graphics drivers from the PC manufacturer’s official support page.
