A family of Microsoft word processing software products for creating web, email, and print documents.
Use Word templates for the greeting card, and use Microsoft Support chat or callback to reach a live person.
For the greeting card in Word:
- Open Word.
- Select File > New.
- In the search box, search for card.
- Choose a card template and create it.
If a Publisher-style template is still needed, Publisher can also create greeting cards from File > New or from the start page by choosing Built-in > Greeting Cards or searching templates. Microsoft states that Publisher will no longer be supported after October 2026, and recommends Word or PowerPoint for creating cards.
To contact a live Microsoft support person:
- Open the Get Help app, or go to Microsoft Support contact.
- Type Chat with an agent or Contact Support.
- Select Contact support.
- Choose the product and category, such as Microsoft 365 and Office and the relevant support category.
- Choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser or request a call back.
