Excel RTD function works on old Win10 PC and does not on new Win11 Laptop

I've just bought new HP Win11 Laptop and want to add it to my old Win10 PC I can open files transferre to it by USB and open excel files. But the RTD function that works well on old PC gives me on new laptop the #N/A instead of value. it supped to get the answer trom Think or Swim that is working on either machine

    Unfortunately there is nothing related to Thinorswim in my win11 laptop while thinkorswim app is working. How to get it? Thank you. :-)
