Bing Places verification stuck — "An internal server error occurred" when requesting PIN

I'm trying to verify my business listing "Andes 2 Amazon" (Business ID: [Moderator's note: PII removed]) on Bing Places for Business, located in [Moderator's note: PII removed].

When selecting "Mail" as the verification method and clicking "Request PIN", I consistently get the error: "We encountered an issue - An internal server error occurred. Please try again later."

I've tried this multiple times over several weeks, including in a fresh incognito session, with the same result every time. I've also contacted [Moderator's note: PII removed] (case with [Moderator's note: PII removed]) since August 29 with no resolution yet.

Since the listing can't be verified, I can't manage or update it at all. Could someone help verify this listing manually, or point me to what's causing this error?

    Hello Andes 2 Amazon

Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Bing Places for Business request.

Unfortunately, community moderators do not have access to customer Bing Places for Business accounts, business listings, account details, or verification information. For privacy and security reasons, we cannot view another user's account, investigate account-specific issues, make changes to listings, or perform account recovery actions.

Since this issue requires access to your Bing Places for Business account, I also see that you've on the correct route by sending emails to that address

With the error "We encountered an issue - An internal server error occurred. Please try again later" it could be due to server side from Microsoft or with your internet settings, please try sending your request by using another device or switching to a mobile data or hotspot and try again.

I apologize that we cannot provide more direct assistance through the community forum, and I hope the Bing Places support team is able to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    Thank you for your understanding.
