incorrect billing and unable to refund , unable create a support request

Hi Team,

My last bill is incorrect when i am goin to create refund request Microsoft decline, how can send a email to this un able create support request, same screen came again and again

    Since the request is declined, I recommend contacting Microsoft Accounts and Billing support by following the steps below:

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

    In the search bar, type in your issue, then hit enter.

    Scroll down to the bottom and select the blue button "Contact Support"
