Microsoft for Startups: Business verification failed and no option to resubmit or request manual review

Hello,

I’m using Microsoft for Startups and our startup verification has failed. The portal shows:

“We couldn’t verify your startup.”

It also says that the subscription will switch to pay-as-you-go once the remaining Azure credits run out or expire.

The problem is that I cannot find any option to:

  • see the exact reason the verification failed;
  • correct the submitted business information;
  • upload additional verification documents;
  • request a manual review; or
  • restart the verification process.

We are a legally registered software company and can provide company registration documents, proof of domain ownership, and any other documents required for verification.

I have already tried Azure Support + troubleshooting, but I’m not seeing a Microsoft for Startups verification support option.

Could a Microsoft representative please advise how I can request a manual review or reopen the business verification process?

I can provide sensitive company information privately if required.

Thank you.
