Since the printer was already removed and reinstalled and the test print still fails, use this order of checks:
- Verify the Bluetooth connection.
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on the PC and the printer.
- Keep the printer within range.
- If Bluetooth connectivity itself is unstable, use the Windows Bluetooth troubleshooting guidance.
- Restart the Print Spooler service.
- Press Windows key + R.
- Type services.msc and press Enter.
- Find Print Spooler.
- Right-click Print Spooler and select Restart.
- Update or reinstall the printer driver.
- Select Start > Device Manager.
- Expand Printers.
- Right-click the printer and select Update driver.
- If no update is found, select Uninstall device.
- Restart the PC so Windows can attempt to reinstall the driver automatically.
- Set the printer as the default printer.
- Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select the printer.
- Choose Set as default.
- If Set as default is not available, turn off Let Windows manage my default printer first.
- Clear any stuck print jobs.
- Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select the printer.
- Open Open print queue.
- If jobs are pending, select ... and choose Cancel all.
- Remove and add the printer again after the steps above.
- Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select the printer and choose Remove.
- Then next to Add a printer or scanner, select Add device and follow the prompts.
If the printer still shows an error after these steps, run the printer troubleshooter:
- Open Settings.
- Select Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select the printer and choose More devices and printer settings.
- Right-click the printer and select Troubleshoot.
