My Excel spreadsheets keep refreshing on their own, and I’m unable to access them. I’ve tried different browsers and computers, but nothing has worked. I’ve also tried calling customer support, but I keep getting redirected to a chat that leads nowhere.

Has anyone else experienced this? It’s been happening for two weeks, and I don’t know what else to do.
