Won't allow to start new document

I have been using word for sometime now however when I went to Play store and tried to put it on a new tablet it would not let me start a new document he tried to sell me one of your apps 365

    Is this happening when you try to create any new blank document, or only when opening/editing certain documents?

    Some Word editing features are considered premium and require a Microsoft 365 subscription, such as Microsoft 365 Personal or Family. On larger Android tablets, a subscription may also be required for editing.

    To help narrow this down:

    1. What is the exact make and model of the new tablet?
    2. What message appears when you try to create a new blank document?
    3. Do you already have Microsoft 365 Personal or Family under https://account.microsoft.com/services?
