Game email chnged into unknown microsoft mail

My fifia 26 is logged in with gmail - [email removed] but at 5 sept my email was changed into [email removed], which is not my mail and now i cannot be able login in my fifa acc as the 2FA otp going to [email removed] this microsoft mail

    Just to make sure we're looking at the correct account, where exactly do you see the unknown Microsoft email address?

    • Is it the Microsoft account you use to sign in to Xbox or Windows?
    • Is it an EA account linked to FIFA 26?
    • Or is it only shown somewhere inside the game?

    The next steps depend on which account was changed. If the Microsoft account itself was taken over, the recovery path is different from an EA account that was linked to a different email address.
