I have MS 360 Basic Subscription for a year and also installed on my MAC BOOK Air but i could not open word ?

I bought MS 360 Basic Subscription for a year and then installed it to my MAC BOOK Air with updated OS system. I still see that not linked to word document and still asking me to purchase MS membership? How can can add my current MAC BOOK AIR to the devices of my MS subscription and activate it on Word?

    Hello

    The basic plan is for OneDrive 100GB only. It doesn’t include the office apps. You need at least the Microsoft 365 personal plan to use the apps.
