Hello, I have a question about rewards app's point
I noticed that the "Keep earning" section usually awards me 50 points daily. I think this was a consistent daily amount, but recently I have only been receiving 20 points in that section. Why?
A program that grants points for using Bing search, which users can redeem for gift cards, sweepstakes entries, or charitable donations.

Can you take a screenshot of your current Keep Earning section and upload it here? Please make sure that you hide or remove any credentials.
Does this also happen when you sign in on a web browser?

Based on your screenshot, you have 50 points completed. Did you not receive the intended reward points?
No, I mean I usually get 50 points from the "rewards app" (the gray one), but as you can see in the screenshot, I only got 20 points from it
I see. Thank you for your response. Does your streak stop? Your streak may stop or reset to the beginning. Once you build up enough consecutive days, additional points will become available.

I see. Please check in another web browser or on your phone to see if it's still the same. If so, please wait 5-7 days and see if anything changes.
If there are no changes, please request support on Microsoft Rewards team regarding with this issue. If there is a problem with the account, they can review and investigate it.
