I am trying to locate my product key

I have gone in to my account but cannot find the product key where can i recover it, I purchased windows 365 last year on line from microsoft

    Please provide an answer to these questions.

    On the other PC you are experiencing problems with, if you log into your Microsoft account, are you unable to install Office on that PC, what error is indicated, please provide a screenshot.

    What version of Office do you have, is that a standalone version of Office like Office 2021, 2024 or a subscription based version of Microsoft 365.

    Yes but there is no product key listed anywhere

    Yes but when I try and log in on another pc and I don´t have access to my e mails then it asks me for a product key, so why can I now get my product key from anywhere

    When you purchased an Office licence or subscription direct from Microsoft that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account as a digital licence online and it is from there that you can re-install Office without the need for a product key:

    Di you find your Microsoft Office licence/subscription listed on your account there.
