Hi Microsoft Support Team, I earned a 100% discount voucher from the AI Skills Fest 2026 (R2) to take the AZ-900 exam. Unfortunately, due to an accidental confusion between 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM, I scheduled the exam for midnight and unintentionally missed the appointment. When I try to reschedule, the portal shows that the voucher has already been used and is expired. As a dedicated student who has prepared thoroughly, I kindly request your assistance to review my case and see if a replacement voucher or extension can be granted so I can appear for the exam.
