OneDrive storage quota suddenly changed to 10 GB in Microsoft 365 E5 Developer

I am using Microsoft 365 E5 Developer.

Until recently, my OneDrive worked normally and stored hundreds of GB of data.

However, my OneDrive now shows:

  • Storage quota: 10 GB
  • Usage: approximately 800 GB
  • Uploads are blocked
  • Folder creation is blocked
  • Sync is blocked

In Microsoft 365 Admin Center:

Users > [User] > OneDrive

the storage page says:

"This user's storage limit is 10 GB"

The tenant default OneDrive storage setting is configured to 1024 GB.

When I try to change the user quota, the Save button remains disabled.

Has anyone else experienced this issue recently?

Is this a change in Microsoft 365 E5 Developer storage policy, or is it a OneDrive site quota problem?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
