Azure for Students verification used, no subscription created, and all support channels inaccessible

Hello,

I am a current student at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

I attempted to activate Azure for Students using my academic email.

My academic email is now marked as having already been used for verification this year, but no Azure for Students subscription was created.

Azure Portal shows no active subscriptions.

When I try Azure for Students again, I receive:

“Unable to complete Azure verification for students.”

When I sign in directly using my university account, I receive:

“You are not eligible to renew Azure for Students.”

I also attempted to contact support:

• Azure Portal support gives Microsoft Services tenant / authentication errors.
• The official Azure for Education Hong Kong support link redirects me to Microsoft Engage Center.
• Engage Center displays “Access denied” and says my account has no permission to access any workspace.

Therefore, I currently have no working support channel.

Could a Microsoft Moderator or Support representative please escalate this case to the Azure for Students / Subscription Management team and check whether my academic verification or subscription provisioning is stuck?

If necessary, please reset/release my academic verification so that I can activate Azure for Students again.
