What to check:

1. In Word, go to File > Account.
2. Confirm that Microsoft Office Home and Business 2024 is shown as the current product.
3. If Office is not activating correctly, first install the latest Office updates and try again.
4. If the wrong product keeps appearing, uninstall all existing Office versions from Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
5. Restart Windows.
6. Reinstall Office from the Microsoft account that has the Office Home and Business 2024 purchase.
