Hello Microsoft support, I am a loyal user who has been using the Microsoft ecosystem for over 10 years. Since 2026, I have participated in the Rewards program and have referred my family to join. However, recently my family’s reward redemptions were rejected, and afterwards their accounts were suspended. The warning screens list some reasons, but I believe my family did not violate any policy rules. I have contacted support but received no response regarding the suspended accounts. As far as I know, there is a verification model for reward redemptions, so I would like to ask you what criteria this model scans for, whether there might be a mistake, and one more question: do accounts that are suspended never get a response when they submit a ticket?
