Microsoft for Startups business verification blocked for Colombian company – registration ID requires exactly 21 characters

I am trying to complete business verification for a legally registered Colombian company through the Microsoft for Startups portal.

The verification form asks for a Business Registration ID, but it requires the value to contain exactly 21 alphanumeric characters.

For Colombian companies, the official identifiers are a NIT and a Chamber of Commerce registration number, and neither format has 21 characters. Therefore, the form does not allow me to continue unless I enter an invalid or fabricated value.

I am using the new Microsoft for Startups experience inside the Azure portal. The portal does not show a specific Microsoft for Startups support category, and the generic Azure support flow only asks me to select unrelated Azure services.

Please confirm which official Colombian identifier should be used, or how Colombian companies can complete manual business verification.

I can provide official registration documents privately to Microsoft if required.
