Stuck in infinite loop trying to recover my old Microsoft account password – need human assistance

Hello,

I am trying to recover access to my personal Microsoft account (email) that I have had for many years.

The problem is an infinite loop:

  1. I enter my password, but Microsoft asks me to verify my identity via a code sent to an old phone number (which I no longer have) or to an alternative email address.
  2. When I try to access that alternative email, it asks me to verify via another email, and so on. I do not have access to any of the recovery emails or phone numbers currently registered on the account.

I have already tried the "Account Recovery Form" multiple times. I fill it out with all the correct information (subject lines of old emails, contacts, etc.), but I receive an automatic rejection email within seconds saying my information is not sufficient. This happens instantly, which makes me believe it is a bot rejecting it, not a human reviewing it.

I am willing to verify my identity with a human agent using:

  • My official ID (passport, INE, etc.)
  • My birth certificate
  • Answering any secret questions I set up when I created the account.

The chat support is currently offline (outside business hours), and phone support seems to be only for businesses.

Could someone please guide me on how to reach a real human support agent for account recovery? I am not asking for a password reset here, just the correct path to speak to a person.

Thank you.
