I have a phishing email that repeats more than several times a day, it appears to come from me, I have done all the recommendations that I have found online, but it does not stop it. If I cannot resolve this I will have to delete the account

message received as follows claiming to have access to pictures, video, microphone and camera, the last two I do not have, then it demands 1500 to stop it, which I do not have, and a list of old defunction outlook notes

"About a few months ago, I gained access to your devices and started tracking your online activity. I was able to hack into your computer and access your email: . Your password was easily compromised."

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

This is a well-known scam. It is not indicative of your account being compromised. Are these messages arriving in your Inbox or in the Junk Email folder? If the latter, just ignore them. They're already considered "blocked." If the former, you should be able to develop a rule that will delete these messages as they come in. I can't tell you exactly how to forum the rule because I can't see the message itself, but it shouldn't be too difficult.
