Try these Windows 11 steps in order:

    1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
      • Select the Network, Sound, or Battery icons on the right side of the taskbar.
      • Look for the Bluetooth quick setting and turn it on.
      • Or go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices and make sure Bluetooth is on.
    2. Check the basics on the Bluetooth device
      • Make sure the device is powered on.
      • Make sure it is charged or has fresh batteries.
      • Turn the device off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
      • Keep it close to the PC.
      • If it is sluggish or not detected, move it away from USB devices plugged into a USB 3.0 port, because unshielded USB devices can interfere with Bluetooth.
    3. Make sure the PC can discover Bluetooth devices
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
      • Under Device settings > Bluetooth devices discovery, change the setting to Advanced.
      • This makes Windows show all types of Bluetooth devices.
    4. Check airplane mode and reset Bluetooth
      • Select the Network, Sound, or Battery icons on the taskbar and make sure Airplane mode is off.
      • Then go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Turn Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
    5. Remove and add the device again
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
      • Select More options for the Bluetooth device.
      • Select Remove device > Yes.
      • Then try pairing it again.
    6. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter in Get Help
    7. If the Bluetooth icon is missing, reinstall the Bluetooth adapter
      • Open Device Manager.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter name and select Uninstall device > Uninstall.
      • Select Start > Power > Shut down.
      • Wait a few seconds, then turn the PC back on.
      • Windows will try to reinstall the driver automatically.
      • If it does not, open Device Manager and select Action > Scan for hardware changes.
    8. If Bluetooth still does not appear, check the PC specifications
      • Some devices do not have Bluetooth hardware.
      • If Bluetooth is missing on a new setup, verify the PC supports Bluetooth.

    Hi! Let me help you.

Have you tried a hard reset?

    Turn off the laptop.

    Unplug the charger.

    Remove all USB devices.

If the battery is removable → remove the battery.

Press and hold the Power button for 30–60 seconds.

    Reinsert the battery (if removed).

    Plug in the charger.

    Turn the laptop on.

Then check again for the Bluetooth device.
