    Hi @Lisa Garcia

Since you cannot access the mailbox through either Outlook on the web or the Outlook app, this suggests the issue is not related to your browser, device, or Outlook client. The Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.MailboxInTransitException with Server Error 500 suggests that there may be an issue with the mailbox or its connection to Exchange Online. This appears to be a server-side condition and may be temporary while Exchange completes the underlying backend operation.

To narrow this down, could you please confirm:

    1. Is this affecting only your mailbox, or are other users in your organization also unable to access their email?
    2. Was your mailbox recently created, migrated, restored, or changed in any way?
    3. Can you sign in to Office.com or OneDrive with the same account?

If other Microsoft 365 services work but email does not, I recommend asking your Microsoft 365 administrator to check the mailbox and Exchange Online provisioning/status.

If you’re unsure who your IT administrator is, see How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
