    Hi Rajendra,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, I understand that when you try to sign up for the Developer Program, the system returns the message "Something went wrong" along with the "BadRequest" error.

Please try the following steps and let me know whether the issue has been resolved:

1/ Try signing up again using an InPrivate/Incognito browser window.

2/ Clear your browser's cache and cookies:

    • Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
    • Select Clear now

3/ Try using a different Microsoft account to sign up and check whether the issue still occurs.

I hope this information is helpful.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.
