PC "stuttering" when it gets hot

I don't know how to describe it, imagine if you are playing a video, when it stutters, the system lags and the audio that was playing glitches out (Search up that video of someone removing RAM while a video is playing). How do I fix?
I have the Lenovo LOQ Essential 15IRX11.
